Delete your account

This applies to both the QuickDrop customer app and the QuickDrop Driver app, by JAYSHREEMADHAV BUISNESS WORLD LLP.

In the app (fastest)

Open the app and sign in.
Go to Profile (customers) or Account (drivers).
Tap Delete account, read what happens, and tap Send confirmation code.
Enter the code you receive and tap Delete my account.

You can't delete while a booking is in progress. Drivers: withdraw your wallet balance first, or support refunds it.

Without the app

Email shrimadmadhav@gmail.com from any address with your registered mobile number and the words "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you with a code to that number and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

Name, email, profile photo, saved places and sign-in sessions on every phone.
Drivers: documents, vehicle details and payout details.

What is kept

Records of past trips, payments and invoices, without your name, as long as tax law requires.
Safety and fraud records linked to a trip, where the law allows, to protect other users.

You can sign up again later with the same number as a new account.
