QuickDrop is a technology platform run by JAYSHREEMADHAV BUISNESS WORLD LLP that connects customers who need goods moved with independent driver partners. By using the apps you agree to these terms.

Bookings and fares

The fare shown before booking is an estimate based on distance, vehicle and time. Waiting beyond the free time, tolls and parking are added if they apply. Cancelling before pickup is free.

Goods

Don't book illegal, dangerous, hazardous or prohibited goods (including weapons, drugs, explosives, flammable or living items). Pack goods properly. Optional goods insurance covers damage or loss up to the declared value as described in the app.

Driver partners

Drivers are independent and must hold a valid licence, registration, insurance and permits. A fixed platform fee per completed trip is taken from the driver wallet, as shown in the Driver app.

Payments and refunds

Pay in cash or online through Razorpay. Refunds go back to the original payment method; see the Refund & cancellation policy.

Accounts

Keep your one-time codes private. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse or safety reasons.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any booking is limited to the fare paid for it, apart from goods insurance claims.

Disputes

Contact support first. These terms are governed by Indian law; courts in Ahilyanagar have jurisdiction.
