Service & delivery policy

QuickDrop provides on-demand goods transport within the cities we serve (currently Ahilyanagar and nearby areas). We don't ship physical products of our own; the "delivery" is the transport service you book.

When the service is provided

• Book now: a nearby driver is usually assigned within a few minutes and the pickup time is shown in the app.
• Scheduled: you can book up to 7 days ahead; a driver is assigned before the pickup time.
• Delivery time depends on distance and traffic; the app shows an estimate and live tracking until delivery.

Pickup and handover

• At pickup, the sender shares a one-time code with the driver to start the trip.
• At delivery, the receiver checks the goods and shares their one-time code to complete it.
• Drivers may take photos of the goods at pickup and delivery as proof.

Goods we don't carry

Illegal, hazardous, flammable or prohibited items, weapons, drugs, cash or valuables, and living animals. See the Terms of service.

Problems

If a booking is delayed, the driver can't reach a stop, or goods are damaged, use Get help in the app or contact us. Refunds follow our Refund & cancellation policy.
