Pricing
You see the full fare in the app before you book. It depends on the vehicle, the distance and the time of day. There are no hidden charges.
What the fare includes
- Base fare for the vehicle type (two-wheeler, three-wheeler, tempo, truck), which covers the first few kilometres.
- Distance charge per kilometre after that, based on the road route.
- Extra stops, if you add more than one drop point.
- Helpers for loading and unloading, only if you ask for them.
- Night or peak-time charge, shown in the fare when it applies.
- Goods insurance, only if you choose it: a small percentage of the declared value.
- GST where applicable.
Charges added only if they happen
- Waiting: free waiting time is included at each stop; extra waiting is charged per minute.
- Tolls and parking paid during the trip.
Offers, promo codes and reward points reduce the fare and are shown before you book.
Driver partners
Driver partners keep the full trip fare. A fixed platform fee per completed trip is taken from the driver's QuickDrop wallet, as shown in the Driver app. Recharging the wallet does not guarantee any number of trips or earnings.
Payment: cash to the driver, or online (UPI, cards, net banking) through Razorpay after delivery.
